  Stop automatically turning on motion blur for composition?

  Hi all,
  Small niggle for me in the latest version of AE (16.1.3): whenever you turn on Motion Blur for a layer, it automatically turns Motion Blur on for the whole comp. (ditto frame blending). I can this might be a time-saver for some, but it’s definitely not for me and my workflow.
  You would assume this was an option you could toggle in preferences, but can’t see it anywhere?
