  Still no audio with intensity card

  I posted 2 weeks ago not having any audio importing using the hdmi into FCP with the sony hvr-m25u vcr. I still don’t have any audio. The video is fine. I moved the card from the bottom to the top in the G5, checked all audio pull downs and still nothing. I can monitor audio thru speakers and again everything works perfect thru firewire. What to do?? Bad card??
