Still love the EX 1 for Documentary Work
I am currently in production of my first feature length Documentary. I’ve been using mostly my EX-1 along with a DSLR for other shots.
I’m still seeing a lot of Doc’s shot on the EX-1. It’s a workhorse.

Brent, I’m looking to shoot another doc using my newly acquired ex1. I’m not as up to speed on this camera as I am others and I’ve shot a ton with ex3 rentals where the cameras were already ready to go. So I’m now looking at shooting the best possible image quality possible and have noticed some noise and grain in some of my shooting tests.
Can you assist me with some advice on maybe sharing some of your ex1 doc settings? This would really help.
