    Happy Friday!

I just got done importing about 200 jpegs from a powerpoint presentation to match over video of a podium speaker. It’s all synched up with the audio and ready to go, but one problem. The jpegs are out of the safe zone. Is there a way I can reformat the size of all the pics together, or do I need to resize each individual pic? I hope there’s a shortcut to this. As always, I appreciate any input. Thanks y’all.

Use Track Motion to shrink everything down the desired amount.
Be advised that you will probably see a border.
My workaround for this is to add a new track and make it the same colour as the background of the PPT slides. Hopefully they didn’t use a fancy background of any kind or you’ll have to improvise 🙁

In photoshop I set my crop tool to 864 x 480 pixels (for widescreen DV) – the only trick is getting a feel for what resolution to scan different sized photos. A small photo (wallet size) might need 600dpi, a large horizontal might only need 100dpi – because what ever you crop with the above setting will always be 864 x 480 in pixels and fill the screen. There’s probably some mathmatical formula for determining scan resolution but I was an English major…
