Still Image Scale and Position Locked?
I’m working on a slideshow-type video montage of still images in Premiere Pro CS4 and I’ve run into a problem. I’ve imported several photos and scaled and positioned them the way I want, but in the middle of my project, it has stopped working on me. I can’t scale or position anything now, including the ones I have already done. I’ve removed the effects and transitions, but that has made no difference.
My video layer is not locked, and nothing happens when I click the still image in the preview window. I’ve also tried switching computers and copy/pasting my sequence into a new project. Unless there’s some other lock that I accidentally clicked, I think I’m stuck. Any idea how this can be fixed?

It looks like you have closed your effect control panel. Go to window menu workspaces and reset. 🙂

It worked! When I first read your comment, I thought you were talking about the “Effects” window, which was still open. Yes, I’m still a rookie at this. Thanks for the help!
