Still image of ipod nano streaks
I have come to a dead end on creating a still image of the ipod nano commercial using After Effects and Andrew Kramer’s tutorial.
I can duplicate what Andrew does in the tutorial, but I am trying to take it a step farther by putting a person in the middle of the streaks. I am also adding an object in front of the streaks and something behind. I can’t seem to get things to work. Since I only need a still image of what I am trying to do, I thought I would try Photoshop. I could not find any info on recreating this effect in PS.

A filter such as Andromweda Velocirapter can create motion streaks for you. PS has a motion blur, but it only does straight lines. I still think you will get better speed for creating this effect in after effects and exporting a frame to s still image.
