Still image blurry after export

What did you DO to the image (Photoshop?) after you exported it?

If you did NOT do anything to it, why did you export it, then reimport it?

Are you viewing the quality on an external video monitor?

Did you RENDER the image on the timeline after you imported it?

I do nothing, it’s test for a service office.
Yes, I view in high quality on an external monitor.
The image dosen’t need to be rendered.

That’s why I asked you the question.
(And I ask you again)
WHY did you EXPORT the image and then, RE-IMPORT the image if you did not “DO” anything to it?

To create a “Freeze-Frame”, do not Export and then Import…
just put the cursor on the frame you want freeze, hit “Shift-n” and edit the freeze into the timeline.
(And add De-interlace or Flicker-Filter, if needed).

If it is an EFFECT (a freeze-frame is an effect) it MUST be rendered to output at full quality.

We have to export image sequence to send to a service center for test for film.
This is why we export some image. It’s for test.

Please understand, you can do anything you’d LIKE with the export…
that’s not the point of my question.
But you said in your first post:

You said you did NOT put it into Photoshop or otherwise “adjust” the image.
So WHY did you RE-IMPORT the same still image?
Did you RE-SIZE or RE-POSITION the imported image?

I’m trying to answer your question but I still don’t have enough information.

Again, if you import any still image, you must RENDER it to view its’ full quality.

Try adding the de-interlace filter to thee clip before exporting.
