  Still getting black bars top & bottom after render

  OK – I have a DVD project – set:up as 4:3 in vegas – exported 4:3 – is 4:3 in DVDA, yet when I burn a disk, it plays on regular TV with black bars on top and bottom? I’m sooooooo confused!
