Still corrupted
I posted a thred a while ago saying I couldn’t get PI to run. I floowed your advice which was ”Use “reset default settings” in the Start – Programs – particleIllusion 3 menu. If that doesn’t fix the problem, your default emitter library may be corrupted, so rename default.il3 to something else, then when pIllusion starts select a different emitter library.” but it still doesn’t work. I forgot to mention I’m using SE so I know it prob doesn’t make much of a diference but is there anything else I can do?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling pI? That’s the next thing I’d try if reset default didn’t work.

I sent it to the recycling bin and restored. I downloaded it so It’s not on CD. I’ll try that though thanx! also compliments on the quick reply!

You have to be more specific in describing what happens too.

Uninstall is not sent it to the recycling bin and restored it, go to
Start > All Programs > particleIllusion SE > Uninstall particleIllusion SE.
This should remove the PI from you computer now download the software again and unlock it,
just like you did when you bought it in the first time.P.S
Im sorry but I will not be here in the next 2 weeks so I can’t

how do I download the software again without having to paya again? (sorry for all the questions)
