I’ve tried this so many ways now.

    1. FCP key framing a PNG/TIFF/JPG/GIF so that it’s moving 120 lines per second
    2. Field dominance lower/upper/none
    3. Boris3D (problem on its own because I can’t get a clip longer than 1m5s)
    4. Flash
    5. After Effects

I’m creating a project where the end user will be viewing it on a PC so it needs to be crisp. It’s looks like the text is jumping up and skipping lines, just not smooth, not acceptable.

This has been an issue for a while, previously we used flicker filters and putting a slight blur on the text for drafts, this will not work for the end product.

    Any help/suggestions?

    Thanks,
    m

First you’ll have to be in a non-interlaced square pixel environment. Then…

Sorta depends on compression and resolution vs computer.

Can you give an example of a non-interlaced square pixel environment?
