Stereoscopic images with PI
I’m putting together a 3D stereoscopic animation in AE 7.0 and was wondering if an explosion from PI would work in this project. In AE I’m setting up two cameras side-by-side to create the stereoscopic image with various objects. If two cameras viewed the PI explosion, would they would create a stereoscopic sense of an explosion or would I need Particular and its inherent 3D nature to pull this off?

I can’t see how this is possible with pIllusion. It is a 2D program. Particular is probably going to be your best bet.
