Hello folks. I’m currently editing stereoscopic footage in Vegas Pro and I like siplicity of that solution unfortunatelly Vegas is not a stable software. It cannot really handle HEVC codec and I’m fedup with recompresing tricks so I started thinking to swith to free version of DaVinci to test stereoscopic abilities but not sure if this functionality is aviable in free version of DaVinci or in paid one? Anyone who edits stereoscopic (SBS) footage can give insight in to that matter?

As far as I know, it is available as a function in the free version.

At least based on the latest feature differences document the free version does not have the stereoscopic tools.

As nearly complete as the free version is, that is correct — no stereoscopic tools.
