Stereo to Mono Audio isolating channels
If I load all my DV in as stereo tracks can I adjust them from within FCP 5.0 to isolate channels or do I have to re digitze with the audio logging set to mono. I want to take out boom mic at times.

No need to recapture.
You can just turn OFF the “Stereo Pair” in the timeline and FCP will treat each channel as a separate source.
You can then pan, add effects, and adjust levels independently.
