    First open all your bins. This worked the first time. I don’t know why but it did. If it doesn’t, try go to your avid media folder and delete the database files start up MC and it will rebuild. If that doesn’t work, go to the the timeline hamburger menu, click “clip color” and select “color offline clips”. Find the clips that are offline, reimport them and recut them into your clips. Hopefully you know what the cut was supposed to look like.

    This will solve the problem. For some reason “relink” never freakin works when a clip goes offline for me.

    Hope this saves someone a few hours.

    just batch import stuff if it goes offline, though things going offline is rare in my experiance

    I believe the media had become corrupted.
