    Hello everyone!
I’m using SteadyMove plug in (the lite version) and I love it. It is truly amazing. However, I noticed some degradation with the color (very small amount). Has anyone else use this and if so, do you color correct after the plug in. It seems a bit hard to “preview” what’s going on without first rendering the files.

Also, do you recommend I upgrade to the pro version for $99? It seems pretty cheap enough for the added value.

    This plug in is amazing!

    Cheers!

    Marcelo:

I never could get SteadyMove to work very well. There was weird jittering, and the overall image degradation was quite noticeable. I never noticed it affected color, but then I was concentrating on other things. I tried it with both DV files and with uncompressed 8 and 10 bit SDI-sourced files, trying all sorts of field settings. No luck. I finally gave up. The folks at SteadyMove were very happy to refund my money. Perhaps they will soon perfect the app.

Interesting. I have not noticed any jittering, but definitely a bit of color degradation and definitely cropping of the image, but I guess it has to do that to compensate for the frame movements it’s making.
