  Stations can’t see Captions if made with Premiere Pro 2019

  I send quite a lot of commercials to Canadian stations which require captions. Suddenly, after switching to PPRO 2019, they are all telling me that they can’t see the captions I made.

  I embed them in the file as most of them prefer it that way. The only way around this has been to make sidecar files.

  I was wondering if anyone else has come across this problem and has any information on why it’s happening.

  I’ve switched back to an older version of Premiere for now. But I would love to move on.
