Activity Forums Adobe Premiere Pro station says HD Op1 mxf captioning data is incorrect

  • station says HD Op1 mxf captioning data is incorrect

A station I sent an .mxf to, that has embedded captions exported from premiere cc 2015
say that the metadata is incorrect and thus preventing the captions from displaying.

In media info, the problem file is identifying the caption stream as: “Ancillary data”

when it should be showing as: “DTVCC Transport”

Not seeing any option to change that in premiere…any ideas?

    Thanks for the suggestion Dave.

Nothing in there I can change but the service stream number.

    grr.

The help file for premiere says you can export a quicktime with embedded captions,
but it doesn’t work when I specify embedded captions on export.
