    I would think all you have to do is set up a scroll, then apply 3D track motion with some Z axis rotation.

    it also helps to set up a gradient mask above the text track so that the text fades out as it moves into the distance.

    Also note that this can be easily done in Boris Grafiti and there is a tutorial on the BorisFX web site to step you through it.
