StarTech raid – will it work?

Hi,
I am looking at buying the raid enclosure above to give me a raid 5 for a cs5 premier/ae suite, with a view to editing mainly with HDSLR footage.

the spec sheet says that it comes complete with the eSATA host controller. Will it work – sure it will. Will it be fast enough ? I have no idea.
The drives are very good, however.
