stabilizer software for Vegas 5.0
Posted by David Welch on May 27, 2005 at 5:40 pmCould anyone recommend a plug-in for Vegas 5.0 to stabilize camera shake? I would like something low cost if possible.
Thank you,

I got it on sale at one time but at $80 it’s still worth it. Also this is a stand alone program and not a Vegas Plugin.

May 28, 2005 at 5:29 pmI’m surprised no one has yet mentioned the free and great stabilizer, deShaker ( https://biphome.spray.se/gunnart/video/deshaker.htm ) which works with Virtual Dub, also free ( https://www.virtualdub.org/ )

May 31, 2005 at 1:33 amDoes DeShaker work better than SteadyHand? Anybody used both, and can offer a comparison. I’ve used SteadyHand, and at times it is great, but at other times you just can’t use it. TIA, Jim
