    Hello, I have a question for everyone.

    I am trying to encode HD footage shot at 1080p onto a single standard DVD. I know I am going to have to lose A LOT of HD quality to get this sucker to fit, but I was wondering if anyone else out there has ever tried this before.

    Here is the KICKER… The video is 1hr50mins long. I need to compress this amount of HD 1080p video into a 4gb DVD. If the quality loss is so bad that it looks worse than SD, I can go to a dual layer dvd format.

    I am using Apple Compressor to try to squeeze this badboy down. I just need to know what kind of compression to use. My first attempt was using .m2v, would anyone suggest anything different?
