  Squeeze 4.3 and AS3 problems

  Here’s our issue. I’m using After Effects CS3 to create uncompressed .mov files that are converted into VP6 .flv files via Squeeze 4.3. Two issues have suddenly emerged:

  1. The markers inserted for navigation aren’t appearing in Flash CS3, and

  2. The flvs once imported into Flash CS3 won’t scan past a certain point.

  After loads of troubleshooting there seems to be a compatability issue between Squeeze 4.3 and Action Script 3. Has anyone else experienced similar issues and if so is there a work-around. I know that Squeeze 4.3 isn’t the latest version, but we’re afraid of purchasing 4.5 only to find it obsolete when Adobe announces official support of H.264 in Flash. Thanks for any info.
