    Hi,
Just wondered if anyone knew of a plugin or a way to create a spraypaint effect to use within final cut pro. To go from shot to shot. Ideally a free way would be best as its only a quick effect for a 1 minute news package.
    Many thanks

You could ‘old school’. Get a black card and spray white paint on it. Then use the video as a key. I’ve done crazier things that work!

Use Motion. It does this handily.
Spray white onto a black background for a handy way to transition.

Man, this harkens back to the Video Toaster transition effects. Paint splotches and the like.

The flock of sheep wipe was popular around here.
