Spot – Avid Media Composer
how can I make a spot in AMC6? spot I mean a light circle evidencing some action and the rest of the scene darkened…I´ve tried paint effect but I don´t know.

Try the IRIS effect

could have two versions on the timeline…stacked on top of each other. One darker, or lighter than the other, depending on your needs. Then Animatte/paint effect, circle wipe…should be a few options available to you to be able to create the circle shape, and key one shot over the other.
