Splitting timeline event major problem with screen preview
Hey everyone! I hope you guus can help me.. I’m having the following problem..
I have been using Vegas for years.. i am using SVP 11. and the problem i am having is the following: When i split a video (an event) in the timeline.. the preview screen will preview a few seconds in the clip i just split.. is like the preview screen will show continue to preview the frame i just split and deleted when is only suppose to preview a black screen. I have disabled quantize to frames.. yet i still see preview of the last clip while the cursor is a few seconds off the clip… does that make sense? This just happened out of the blue and i cant figure out how to put it back to where Vegas only previews where the cursor is… help please!
Here is a photo showing the timeline cursor off the clip i had split and the preview screen continues to preview an event thats not there. I have spent hours trying to solve this problem!

IF you create a new project in VP11, does the same thing occur?

Hi Paul,
It happens all the time. With new and existing projects. This never happened untill yesterday morning.
