Split up a text layer into layers with just one letter layers
Hello,
Well the subject pretty much tells it. Need a expression or some, that can take normal text layer and make each letter in that text layer into layers with just one letter.Hope that make sense?

Hi,
the only thing that comes to my mind is creating the text in Illustrator and using the “release to layers”-command. Text-animations inside AE won’t work with this of course…

I’m not sure what you’re ultimately trying to accomplish, but would text animators [link] (with range selectors) help you do what you need?
