Split Screen Effect
How can create split screen images on Avid Xpress 4.5.1 on a PC? (Not split viewing images on monitors, split screen video.) Thanks.

Probably the most common way to achieve a split screen is to use the picture-in-picture effect. On you project window, click the 3rd tab (the one that has a purple icon on it). That’s the effects tab. Select the first group of effects called Blend, the select picture-in-picture. Drag that onto each of you video levels and adjust them to the size, shape, whatever, you want.
