Split screen color match for 2 camera shoot?
Is there any way to use the split preview screen for color matching from a 2 camera shoot? I was thinking along the lines of having video from both cameras appearing on both sides of the split screen. Then taking a color sample using the eye dropper tool of some part of the first video & apply that color value onto that taken with another camera.

Yes, display the second camera, copy the image to the clipboard, and then use the split screen option that shows the clipboard. Then you can compare the second camera to the first camera.

You can also do this very easily in DV Rack and that program has recently dropped in price. It does a lot for the money. It’s a Serious Magic program.
