Spline dynamics hair tag question.
Hi! I’ve actually figured out a work-around to my question with clothilde so this question really doesn’t need an answer, but I’m wondering if this is possible…

In this first pict I’ve set up an IK Spline on a Spline Dynamic Hair Tag (I’m guessing it’s not meant to be used this way).

In this second pict you can see that I’m trying to simulate a sort of cloth effect on an IK Spline with a Spline Dynamic hair tag. (It sorta works as long as I don’t try to rotate anything.)

But as you can see in this third pict that after running the simulation a couple times some of the joints in the middle of the IK Spline get all out of wack. (They start twisting for no apparent reason and keep on twisting…)
I’ve tried using an Up-vector Constraint Tag for all the joints but that just makes things worse. All the joints start jumping and twisting all over the place. Actually I’ve tried a variety of things to limit the banking of joints but with no success.
So basically I’m wondering if it’s somehow possible to constrain the banking of a joint on an IK Spline attached to a Spline Dynamic hair tag?
