Hi I spotted these two videos by agency LOCO and am stuck to suss out how they have created two affects. On the first video how have they created that smoke effects that appears as the pig/balloon thing explodes – how have they animated? Also on the second clip the graphic water/ink splashes are really cool. Again how do you think they have created that?

    1st Clip Bursting creature:

    2nd Clip Injket: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pt-o_Txt-s

Not sure why but the video has gone a little funny when putting it on youtube. Let me know if its too difficult to understand because of it. TIA

the smoke effect, as near as I can tell, would be achievable in Trapcode Particular.
