  splash screen/menu linking to HTML DVD content

  hi all,

  A group I am working with is producing a dual purpose DVD (a basic DVD menu and video content playable on a standard TV-connected DVD player, as well as HTML content viewable on a computer).

  What we are trying to accomplish is this:

  When the user inserts the DVD into a standard DVD player, they get the DVD menu and can pick the video they want to view.

  But:

  When the user inserts the DVD into a computer, they get presented with a spalsh screen which allows the user to either launch the HTML content (a website) or launch the DVD menu to access the videos.

  This needs to work on both Mac and PC, and is preferable that this spalsh screen/menu not require the installation of plug ins, executables, etc when the DVD is inserted.

  Any software out there that does this, or something close to this? Or any recommendations on how to make this happen?
