speeding up audio
Whats the best way to speed up audio, such as making a voiceover that is too slow fit into a spot.
I have a few tracks that are 7 seconds that need to be 5 seconds. Can this be done without too much distortion?Thanks-

Shorten the audio as if you were trimming the out point, but also hold the control key. For that much of a difference, you may want to tweak with pitch contrl as well (+ and – keys).

Thanks Gary, worked great, although i cant figure out how to use the + – keys to change the pitch.

Use the ones next to the backspace key, not the numeric keypad.
