Hi. I’ve got a locked off street shot that I want to speed up, and I’m trying to work out how to get a “ghosting” or “trail” effect to “follow” the figures as they move through the frame. IllusionFFX fluidblur and motionblur don’t seem to do the trick. Any thoughts? TIA, Tim.

theres a bcc effect – but i cant remember what its called – ‘trail’ or something like that

sorry but it alludes me at the moment – ill re post when i get back in the suite.

    if u dont have bcc
u can do a dodgy version
duplicate the video layer – exact images on top v1 and v2
use super in pose effect under blen in effects tool
then slip trim v2 ahead 2 frames – more frames more trail

this creates a blur of the image – its not a great trail effect like you get with a timelapse but it may help u out.

If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants.
