“You can either send the mini dv or you can send it as a data file on a dvd in any of the following specs

    Video: 10 bit uncompressed/ 8 bit uncompressed/ DV-PAL
    Audio: PCM Stereo Uncompressed
    Frame rate: 25
    Frame Size: 720 x 576”

have been given this by a post house. just wondering how i need to export it onto the data DVD. do i just export it as an AVI uncompressed or what?

    thanks 🙂

If i render it as a Quicktime vid with animation codec, will that meet those specs? or will i have to do something else to it?

    thanks

I render my starting files in AVI uncompressed, and it meets all broadcast standards, but then I am working with a PC. When requested for Quicktime, I render with animation codec. Quicktime is slightly larger when rendered than AVI, but the results are extremely similar.
