  Specific Plug-in or filter for Boris Red

  Hi folks –

  I will be working on a project soon and creating a look for a motion graphic that will want to include the look and feel of a compass or a navigational scope readout while scanning a terrain. I thought I had seen plugins that allow you to create random counting numbers and numbers that may look like they are tracking X and Y or longitude and latitude coordinates – even if those are fake.

  Is there a plug in I can use within boris to create this kind of look or something similar
