  Special Page Numbering

  I am working in InDesign CS2. I have a 200 page booklet that every page is identical (a bunch of ruled lines). I want to start numbering on page 1 skip page 2 and number on page 3. BUT…..I want page 3 and every odd page after that to continuosly number 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.. How do I get InDesign to do that?
