  Special numbering/ title

  Hi there!

  I’m Björn and i’m trying to make a book (correspondence course) based on an existing correspondence course.
  I can easily make the same subtitles but not the title. In this enclosure you can see how these titles look like.

  

  You can see that i’ve just made the title in little pieces. (a gray quare with text in it, not autonumber, then a new textbox with the title…)

  My question is: is it possible to make this title in text? It is possible to number it (so that u can later make an index) at this way (with alwas ‘chapter’ and then the title? => Is it possible to automize this (like with ‘pharagraphstyle and nested styles?)
