When spatial conform is set to “fit”, is sizing in transform settings a secondary operation, or does it occur in conjunction with the spatial conform? My concern is not wanting to “double process” an image, thus reducing quality.

Edit; I realized while posting this that you can edit multiple stills’ spatial conform settings at once in the event browser, so makes the question somewhat moot, but still good to know.

FCPX works in floating-point, so there would be no generation loss with multiple scaling operations on single clip.
