Sparkles!
Hi
I’m sure this is a basic one so forgive me if the solution is obvious! I’m using Sapphire in Media Composer and want to apply sparkles to a certain part of the screen only. How do I trim it down? When I crop it just crops everything, my source footage also

Hi Carl,
The best way to do this is to make a black & white mask of where you want the sparkles to appear. Then place this on the video track below the sparkles and in the effect editor for Sparkles set the Mask:1 Track Below and Background: Two Tracks Below.
