December 15, 2005 at 5:51 pmThere’s a great filter in Motion. It applied sparkles to highlights. sue it carefully and wisely. Takes forever to render, too. filters>Glow>dazzle.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”

December 15, 2005 at 6:54 pmI’ve done some pretty cool sparkles with particle emitters, like text reveals similar to the Disney DVD pixie dust stuff, but I havn’t tried it with Motion yet. You can add to Motions particle emitters from https://www.wondertouch.com if you don’t like the ones it comes with. It’s pretty customizable, if that sort of effect is what your looking for.
Thanks,
Gary
