Sparkle Effect for Treasure Pile – which plugin might this be?
Hello I was hoping somebody might know how I can get the sparkle effect to add to a shot of treasure. It’s like a lot of star-shaped glows, not twinkling, more like a lens effect.
I actually made this clip in the image attached, but years ago and I’ve forgotten how I achieved it! any help very appreciated thankyou

There is a great recent tutorial by Texturelabs, which touches on this:
Right towards the end he uses CC Light Ray to add some touches of sparkles.

hi thanks for replying, I’ve tried the CC rays and it gives a very nice sparkling effect, to be more specific, more like a 1970s soft focus ‘star’ effect, where the light bits of an image have star shaped glows over them, its hard to describe, thankyou
