  Spanned job in PreRoll Post won’t prompt me to continue

  I’m trying to offload a job of about 11 TB to two sets of LTO 6 tapes in PreRoll Post. Twice now I’ve made it through the first 6 tapes [3/5 for each copy], but after the third pair of tapes completes and ejects, the window to “Continue” simply won’t appear. When I go to close PreRoll Post, I get a warning that there is indeed still an active backup, so somewhere buried in the guts of the software, PreRoll Post “knows” that the job isn’t finished. Is there some way to force PreRoll Post to continue the job?
