When I installed SP2 over SP2, it slowed my system down to a crawl. So, I definitely wouldn’t advice doing so. But, is there a specific reason you require SP2?

If you go to to the Matrox sit there is a build or patch or whatever you want to call it for the soon to be obsolete Rt100

This is what I would do:
    1. Download SP2 from Microsoft’s website.
    2. Burn it onto a CD.
    3. Reformat your hard-drive with your Windows XP disc
    4. Install SP1
    5. Install SP2
    6. Follow the directions on Matrox’s site for installation of drivers.
