    Hi,

    I have a strange issue. Maybe it’s just my stupidity.

    I set my Ex-1 to sp1080p24, take a short clip, then look at it in the media browser and it says the clip is sp1080i60?

    Am I missing something or is this a camera error?

    In SP mode you are really getting Sony’s flavor of HDV, and sony wanted all of their HDV product line to work with any television, and that is why you have 60i.

    I’d never shot in sp1080p24, but thought I’d try it today because I had to shoot a long, non-stop event and thought it would fill up the memory cards less quickly.
