Source Monitor Issue
Posted by Jody Cox on April 24, 2013 at 7:48 pmJust update to 6.0.2 on my mac pro and I no longer have audio in my Source monitor. It shows that audio is there but it does not play via my Kona 3 card. I can put it in the time line and we get audio. I can switch from the kona card to fire wire, we have a onyx 820i mixer and the audio comes back in the source monitor. Any ideas?

April 25, 2013 at 8:44 amTry selecting ONBOARD OUTPUT in Pr prefs and see if monitoring resumes without AJA. Then re-select the AJA output and see if that works. You may have to do this little “prayer” for every relaunch of Pr since it seems there is a conflict in the audio preferences which unlatches the output.
