    Hi people

I want to simulate animated sound waves in perfect sync with a voice over – to look like a sophisticated futuristic sound program, they use this alot in movies etc.

Does anyone know of a sound program, plugin, tutorial or anything that can help me with this animation.

    Thanks
    Jonathan

This is probably going to be very easy for you Jonathan.

In your composition that includes your voiceover create a new solid.
Name it something creative like “sound waves”.
Then apply Effect>Render>Audio Spectrum or Audio Wavefore
Then in the effect menu simply choose your audio layer as the “audio layer”
Then all you need to do is tweak the look of it!
