Sound Job Quote Template Anyone?
Does anyone have a form they send out to a client like a job quote? I’m trying to find one as kind of a deal memo in pre-production as I have one client in particular who I need to nail down a price before I start a job and have them sign it then email back to me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Actually that one might do the trick with a little editing. I’m all ears if anyone has a better one though.

Google Docs has some document templates that I use for my sound reinforcement/install stuff.

Hi John,
I just put it all in a standard document with my letterhead, if I have to.
96.3% of the time the deal is verbal (usually on the phone) and sometimes I’ll followup with another call or an email.
The more complex the deal is, the more you want everyone on the same page. If that’s where you’re headed, I think an email or standard letter will still do.
