    Hi,
I’m submiting films (HD quality from After Effects) to festivals via Without a box and have a question about what to enter on this section: The sound format of the preferred exhibition print: Optical, Dolby SR, Other etc. I don’t understand, is there anyone out there who possibly understand this? Optical doesn’t seem to be popular by some of the festivals…

    Kind regards
    Ninja

Optical usually refers to the type of physical audio connection.

Dolby SR is a sound card.

I’m not sure what you mean by Exhibition Print?

Whatever information you have on the audio format is not applicable to you. Where did you get this information from, is there a website you could direct me to so I can have a look?
