  • Sort multiple sequences in timeline

    Hello All,

I did look around for a solution on my question, but did not find a direct answer.

I have a timeline with multiple sequences in it. Like, “Intro with cannon”, “Intro – Edited”, “Around Camp”, “Prepare for Battle”, “To the battle field”, etc. I would like to be able to arrange the tabs for each sequence in the timeline so “Intro – Edited” is first, “Around Camp” is second, “Prepare for Battle” is third, etc. Is there a way to re-arrange or sort sequences in the timeline to my preference?

Thanks, I am using FCP 6.0.6.

    Eric

you can close the tabs using Ctrl-W, then reopen them in the order you’d like them to appear.

    Hello Dino,

Thanks for the info. That is kind of tricky, and yet
    simple!
