    Hi,

    Trying to send a QuickTime Reference file into Sorenson Squeeze. This has worked flawlessly for months…but today…I get an error message.

    “Unable to locate proper decompressor.”

    Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

    I’m exporting the reference from AVID Xpress DV.

    Sounds like the Avid DV codec is either missing or corrupted. Did you just update QT? Try reinstalling the Avid codec, or using a different export codec from Avid.
